Refund policy

Our promise

We aim to make wellbeing simple and fair. If a class or program isn't what you expected, we'll do our best to help—through a refund where eligible.

Cancellations & refunds (single-session classes)

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 1 week before the scheduled start time.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 1 week of the start time or for no-shows.

Multi-week programs / courses

  • 7-day cooling off from purchase if the program hasn't started.
  • After the program starts, refunds are not available, except where required by applicable consumer laws or if we cancel the program.

If we cancel or change a class

If we cancel a session/program or make a significant change, you'll be offered a full refund.

Digital resources

Downloads and on-demand content are non-refundable once accessed, except where required by consumer law or if we cannot resolve a technical issue on our side.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at support@optimiseyourwellbeing.com with your name, order number, and class/program details.
  2. We'll reply within 2 business days.
  3. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank timelines may vary).

Notes

  • Processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer laws.
